Wye Businesses

Published by Ann Sutherland

Businesses are cited as evidence of the vitality of a community. Wye has many thriving businesses and these are represented by the Wye Business Association. On these pages we invite local businesses to tell us about themselves. We would expect businesses with their own web-sites to link to them from our site. However we must insist that such links will only be supported if this site is reciprocally linked in the business website. Fair?

One Response to “Wye Businesses”

I would like to thank wyeweb for supporting the local businesses of Wye.
I think that linking business websites reciprocally is most certainly very fair.
I am about to go on a website course next week and as soon as
I have grasped the information (it may take longer for me than others) Ticketyboo should hopefully have a website which we will happily and gratefully link to wyeweb!
Come this summer Ticketyboo will be four years old. We are an art gallery and gift shop. Peter and I work hard at sourcing
out the unusual in gifts, having become very aware that in the high street you see one shop and you have seen them all.
As well as selling paintings we take on commissions for special occasions. A for instance, a much loved dog who had gone to the great kennel was portrayed with the West Ham scarf
and the West Ham flag flying in the background against a backdrop of the Wye Crown. (West Ham beings his master’s other love!)
People sometimes find it hard to come up with an idea. Ticketyboo is full of ideas and a lot of the work goes into the thinking.
Thank you Wye web for giving us this opportunity!
